Active Schools is delighted to offer a FREE Irish Dancing programme, delivered by Annemarie from the Aine Hay Academy of Dance.
This fun and exciting introduction to Irish Dancing is perfect for complete beginners. Participants will learn the basic steps and movements of this unique and energetic style of dance in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Throughout the programme, children will develop:
- Coordination and balance
- Rhythm and timing
- Confidence and concentration
- Fitness and physical wellbeing
- New movement and dance skills
